PRIVACY POLICY
1 General Provisions
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”) defines the manner in which personal data necessary for the provision of services via the website: https://plasticworx.com.pl/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) are collected, processed, and stored.
By using the Website, the User accepts the terms contained in this Privacy Policy and in the Terms of Service.
2 Data Collected Automatically
The Administrator does not collect personal data without the User’s consent, but only data that do not have such a characteristic — in particular, data regarding the use of the Website and demographic data. The collection of the data described in the previous sentence is carried out automatically (hereinafter referred to as “automatically collected data”).
Automatically collected data do not allow for the unambiguous identification of the User.
Automatically collected data may be used by the Administrator to improve the quality of the services provided, especially in the event of Website errors.

Data collected for contact purposes will be used solely to ensure proper, complete, and efficient communication between the Administrator and the User.
4 Rights and Obligations of the Administrator
The Administrator undertakes to process the User’s personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act of May 10, 2018, the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), and the Act of July 18, 2002 on the Provision of Electronic Services.
The Administrator guarantees the implementation of appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of processed data.
5 Rights and Obligations of the User
The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy.
INFORMATION CLAUSE ON PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

- The Controller processes your personal data on the basis of applicable laws, concluded contracts and on the basis of the consent given, depending on the purpose for which the data was obtained or transferred.
- The basis for processing your personal data depends on the purpose for which the data was provided:
(a) Recruitment:
– Art. 6(1)(a) the data subject has consented to the processing of his/her personal data beyond the set resulting from current regulations (Art. 221 § 1 of the Labor Code Act of June 26, 1974 (Journal of Laws of 1974 No. 24 item 141, as amended))
– Article 9(2)(a) – as in a), but applies to special category data, e.g. religious views, health, etc.
– Art. 6(1)(c) processing is necessary to fulfill the controller’s legal obligation under the Labor Code, Social Security Act, etc.
(b) Employment:
– Art. 6(1)(A) and Art. 9(2)(a) in the case of submission of application documents containing personal data beyond the set resulting from current regulations (Labor Code) – until their removal or revocation of consent
– Art. 6(1)(c) processing is necessary to fulfill the controller’s legal obligation under the Labor Code, Social Security Act, etc.
– Art. 6(1)(b) processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party
(c) Civil law contracts, sales contracts, rental contracts:
– Article 6(1)(b) processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party
(d) Newsletter, marketing:

- In connection with the processing of data for the purposes referred to in point 4, the recipients of your personal data will be public authorities and entities performing public tasks or acting on behalf of public authorities, or other entities that process personal data in the Controller’s files on the basis of relevant processing agreements, such as entities providing IT services.
